Jianheng Marine Engineering (hk） Co., Limited was registered in 2004 (formerly Shanghai Jianchen Shipping Co., Ltd., founded in 1997). It is a private enterprise, and its business scope mainly includes ship maintenance, steel structure manufacturing and processing, coating and other projects.

Shanghai shipyard of Shanghai Jianheng Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd. covers an area of 1000 square meters. It has a 10 ton traveling platform, a 25 ton truck crane, two transport vehicles and two emergency repair vehicles. The metal processing workshop has large and small lathes and vertical lathes, There are 15 sets of Longmen Chuang equipment, 22 sets of electric welding machines, 1 set of hydraulic 600 ton press, 3 sets of portable 200 ton hydraulic jacks, 1 set of underwater welding and cutting equipment, 6 sets of non-ferrous metal repair equipment, and 30 pieces of various measuring and testing instruments.
